1. Who we are

BriefMaker is operated by ro.team. We provide AI-assisted PR brief generation services for PR agencies and their clients. Contact: hello@ro.team

2. Data we collect

Agency accounts: email address, name, and any profile information provided during sign-up (via Google OAuth or magic link).

Projects and briefs: content you enter during the interview process and the resulting PR briefs. This data is stored to display your brief history in the dashboard.

Client emails: email addresses entered by clients to receive their brief. Used only to deliver the brief email; not stored separately in our database.

Usage analytics: anonymous step-completion events (which interview step was reached) tied to a project ID. No personal data is stored in analytics events.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the BriefMaker service and display your brief history
  • To send generated briefs to clients via email (Resend)
  • To understand how the interview funnel is used (step-level analytics)
  • To authenticate your account (Supabase Auth)

4. Third-party services

Supabase — database and authentication. Data stored in EU (Frankfurt). Privacy policy

Resend — transactional email delivery. Privacy policy

Google Gemini — AI processing. Interview content is sent to Google's AI API to generate the brief. Data is not used to train models. Terms

5. Data retention

Your account data, projects, and briefs are retained until you delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to processing or request restriction
  • Data portability

To exercise these rights, delete your account from the dashboard settings, or email hello@ro.team.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
